Adding new subscription licences
Once we notify you that new licences have been generated, they will automatically appear on your system overnight. When this has happened, you can allocate the new licences to the individual users.
If you need your new licences today, then please follow this manual procedure to add them to your system immediately.
1. Login to your Synergist system and click on the gear icon for 'settings' and choose 'file maintenance'.
2. Select 'licencing modules' within the 'users & staff' section
3. In the top right, click on the '3 dots' and select 'Update licence codes automatically via FTP'
You should now see the additional licences available for allocation to users.
