Yes. Synergist has two-way integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce, so contacts and opportunity updates sync automatically between systems. Many agencies use their CRM for marketing and lead generation, then manage opportunities, quoting, and project delivery in Synergist. You can also use Synergist's built-in CRM on its own if you don't need a separate tool.

How does Synergist forecast pipeline revenue?

Each opportunity has a probability weighting that you set based on your sales stage or confidence level. Synergist calculates a weighted revenue forecast from this, and shows it alongside the hours sold and the capacity available to deliver the work. So you're not just forecasting income, you're forecasting whether you can actually resource it.

Can I see how winning an opportunity would affect my team's workload?

Yes. When you build an estimate for an opportunity, Synergist shows the resource implications. You can see which teams or individuals would be needed, whether they have capacity, and what the impact would be on existing projects.
