A NEW contemporary look and feel with a fresh visual identity.
The logo is a direct reflection of how Synergist brings all elements of agency management together in one. The modern, solid font unambiguously shouts ‘Synergist’, while the soft curves create a modern, friendly feel and reflect Synergist’s power to cut through data and create clarity.
What’s changed?
You'll find Synergist a much lighter and brighter place to be, with a crisp, clean interface that offers a more user-friendly experience.
All the same functionality is in there, but you’ll find it much smoother to use:
More space. We’ve created lots of space by condensing the side menu (just hover over the icons to open in full), shifting a lot of the options into icons and displaying content edge-to-edge. And, we've added the option to disable tabs if you prefer to keep things clean and simple.
Brighter dashboards. A more engaging, energetic interface, breathing life into your data. It’s light and clean, with pops of a bold, bright colour palette to make information instantly readable and draw clear differentiation between data types.
Colour-coded buttons. Making it super easy to see what refers to what at a glance and much simpler to navigate.
Responsive design. We've made the screens responsive so they shrink down nicely for smaller screens and expand for bigger ones.
NEW actions bar. We’ve made what you need to do much clearer, too. When you select multiple items, you’ll now get a list of options via an action bar at the bottom.
Clear totals. All totals are highlighted in purple so they stand out on screen.
Easier estimates. We’ve really overhauled this section, everything is neatly colour coded and phase subtotals are highlighted, making it much more visual.
Refreshed calendar bookings. We’ve updated and upgraded the whole look and feel, taking out or shifting a lot of the extra buttons for a cleaner calendar that still looks spacious on the busiest days.
Simple timesheets. One of the most important ones! We've spruced up the timesheets to make them more inviting and user-friendly.
Company identification. If you have multiple companies in Synergist, you can easily see which company the client or job relates to at the top of the screen or by hovering over the tab.
Names that make sense. We've updated some terminology. For example, we now use 'Resources' instead of 'Staff', 'Invoicing' instead of 'Billing', 'Tasks' instead of 'Activities', and 'Data analytics' instead of 'Data Viewer'.
Smart new features. It's not just about the looks. We’re introducing some smart new features too!
