Calendar software

Keep calendars up to date by syncing your Outlook or Google Calendars.

The two-way calendar integration enables work bookings and events scheduled in Synergist to appear in your Outlook or Google calendar and meetings scheduled in your calendar to appear in your Synergist. No more overcommitting!

Plus, every user has a unique iCal URL, so bookings made in Synergist can also feed into calendar applications such as iCalendar.

Email and file sharing

Store emails and attachments against the relevant client, job, phase or activity. Simply tag emails to automatically file to the right place.

You can also send emails, quotes and invoices directly from Synergist*, send email alerts and reminders automatically, and schedule reports to be emailed to a distribution list, Microsoft Teams or Slack address.

Synergist also integrates seamlessly with Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox, allowing you to link to shared cloud files.

You decide what and when to sync to avoid clogging up your pipeline with non-sales-ready leads. This helps keep your pipeline and capacity forecasts as clean and accurate as possible.

Plus, you can select a Synergist job template when creating a deal within Hubspot to keep everything consistent.
