Office Administrator
We are looking for an additional office administrator to enhance our team. Your primary responsibility will be managing requests from clients for changes to their software subscriptions, along with maintaining billing schedules and related client queries. You will be working with the financial controller and accounts administrator to support the growth of our B2B subscription software business.
You will need to be IT literate and a good communicator both in writing and on the phone. The ideal candidate will have performed these duties in a similar environment.
The position is permanent, between 3 and 5 days per week (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5.30pm) and available immediately. Salary is £25,000 to £29,000 (FTE), dependent on how effective you can be from the start. We offer an excellent working environment in a canal side location in Bollington, and a generous holiday allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
· Working closely with the finance team to process software subscription requests from clients and respond to client queries.
· Maintenance of billing schedules and client records.
· Support the Financial Controller with coordinating office activities.
· Assist the marketing team with customer communications and data management.
· Provide exceptional levels of customer service in a timely manner.
Key Skills and Attributes:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good telephone manner.
· Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
· Excellent attention to detail and a good standard of written English.
· A good working knowledge of Excel and experience with business administration tools.
· Reliability and punctuality.
Other key points:
· Ability to reliably commute to SK10 5JZ for 9am start
· The role is office based
· Between 22.5 and 37.5 hours available 3, 4 or 5 full days per week working 9am – 5.30pm. We are not able to reduce to school hours as we need to respond to client requests across the entire working day
· Monday to Friday only (no weekend or bank holidays, Christmas close-down)
