Synergist named top agency management software in 2025

Synergist has claimed the top spot (again) as the go-to software among the UK's most successful agencies, with 18% of £1m+ agencies choosing Synergist to manage their projects and resources.

Revealed in the 2025 BenchPress survey, powered by The Wow Company, these results offer telling insights into how top-performing agencies are managing their operations.

Of the 677 agency owners who participated:

• 54% represent agencies with £1-2M revenue
• 36% from the £2-5M bracket
• 10% from the £5M+ club

But here's where it gets interesting. When asked how they oversee their projects and resource management:

• A brave (or perhaps foolhardy) 1% use no tech at all
• 8% are still wrestling with spreadsheets
• A substantial 46% juggle separate systems
• 45% have seen the light and use a single system
